Bereavement Support Therapy
Grief can be one of the most painful, confusing and life changing events that can happen to a person and those around them.
This particular part of my work is a subject that I truly understand first hand.
My own experience of loss and pain was by far one of the most difficult periods of my healing journey and certainly remoulded me into a very different therapist. I feel there are certain qualifications that only life can teach us, and grief was this for myself.
The lessons I have learned through working and healing through grief have served me well and helped many others find some peace in the conflict, confusion and heartache.
The Sanctuary is a safe, luxurious space where you can retreat to for peace, stillness and to offload your thoughts, gently and slowly, working through the many layers of your own bereavement and all that brings.
A combination of CBT, NLP and energy healing therapy will bring balance and clarity for you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, if this resonates with you.
