Communicate & Connect: Couples Private Therapy & Meditation

There has never been a time in history when there have been so many distractions to take us away from the present moment.

Being distracted by our MANY devices/apps and self-sabotaging behaviour, such as alcohol, TV, social media, late nights, pornography, gambling, shopping and many, many more vices, which can, in turn, create rift and frustration between what was once a beautiful connection.

Couple therapy sessions are an opportunity for you both to connect on a much deeper level as individuals and as a couple, exploring each other’s needs and desires in a neutral, safe environment.

It is so easy to drift apart and get bogged down with the mundane routine of everyday life and forgetting why you fell in love in the first place. 

After an initial telephone consultation with both parties separately, I will establish how to map out the session. There are many options available as to how I can format the time you have in The Sanctuary.

Drawing on all my many resources I will tailor your session to both of your needs, seeking out how you both will enhance your relationship, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, if that appeals to you both.
