In this structured session you will learn in real time the benefits of connecting the body, breath and then the mind, challenging your opinions and view of self, then putting into place easy-to-remember steps to stay grounded and calm when life is quite the opposite.
Many of the ideas and models stem from a mix of ancient philosophies and modern-day psychology.
Combining hatha yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
